A formal written quote issued by our Sales or Forwarding department
Acceptance of that quote by you (the client)
The applicable provisions of the CMR Convention for international transports
Our standard terms of carriage, provided separately upon request

7. CMR Insurance
For all international transports, we maintain CMR insurance covering up to €1,200,000 per loss event, in line with the CMR Convention. The current insurance certificate is available for download on our Contact page.
Coverage applies to most European countries. Specific exclusions (currently including Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, and Georgia) are detailed in the certificate.
